Embody therapy provides warm, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and families. With an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and trained Play Therapist, our approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in child development & attachment theory.

We offer Child-Centred Play Therapy, creative therapies, and mental health support for challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, and neurodiversity. Through play, connection, and a safe therapeutic relationship, we help children express themselves, build confidence, and feel understood.

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approach that uses play as the child’s natural medium of expression. It provides a safe, supportive environment for children to process experiences, develop coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation and relationships.
